Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two oven-safe, 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, combine milk, oats and figs. Allow to sit 15 minutes until oats have absorbed the milk.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together egg, yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add oat mixture to egg mixture. Use a spatula to combine. Stir in baking powder.
Transfer mixture to prepared ramekins. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and firm and a toothpick comes out clean. Place for 10 minutes on a wire rack to cool slightly and set (it will be too hot to eat straight out of the oven), then serve.

The proportion of a drug or vitamin that enters the circulation when introduced into the body and so is able to have an ACTIVE effect.
When choosing a daily multivitamin, it’s ALL about the bioavailability! Why take a vitamin, if it can’t even get in your system and do it’s job? So, on the left we’ve got your run-of-the-mill daily vitamin, and on the right, we’ve got It’s Vital from It Works Global. As you can see, It’s Vital is quickly being absorbed (after only 8 minutes!). And the other one? It’s just sitting there. Which will YOU choose?
The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.
